  • Compliance: We will comply with all applicable local, national, and international Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and requirements, and continuously strive to exceed them.

  • Risk Management: We establish comprehensive procedures for hazard identification and risk assessment across our casting, fabrication, machining, and installation sites. Corrective actions are implemented immediately to mitigate all identified risks.

  • Training & Empowerment: Every employee is trained on site-specific hazards and safety procedures. We empower all personnel to stop work immediately if they observe any unsafe condition or act without fear of reprisal.

  • Equipment Safety: All machinery, including our CNC centers and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) equipment, is maintained in optimal working condition with routine inspection to prevent mechanical failures.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Mandatory use of appropriate PPE (including safety glasses, hard hats, steel-toed boots, and specialized gear for casting/welding) is strictly enforced in all operational areas.
